I’m an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner based in Toronto’s east end. I grew up playing sports, and that background as an athlete shapes how I treat people today. I don’t just look at where it hurts. I look at how you move, so we can figure out what’s actually causing the problem, not just calm it down for a few days.
I started Method Osteopathy because I wanted to offer the kind of care I think every patient deserves: attentive, hands on, and focused on real results. Before this, I studied Human Kinetics and Nutrition at the University of Guelph, then trained at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.
